WHO ARE OUR CLASSES FOR?

We run pilates classes that can be modified and adjusted to suit your body. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and safe in our classes, so always recommend you stop if anything is causing you pain. You are more than welcome to instead find a pose that feels comfortable for you, and childs pose is always an option.

Please take the options that feel good for you, and leave those that don’t.

If you are growing or have just had a baby please get clearance from your doctor and women’s health physiotherapist to confirm it is safe for you to be exercising.

If you have an injury or condition that will require detailed assistance we recommend seeing a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist that can provide you with some modifications.
