With smooth, flowing sequences and deep muscle engagement, each session will enhance strength, stability, and flexibility while keeping you grounded in the present moment. Guided by warmth and intention, we invite you to tune into your body, move with awareness, and rediscover a sense of flow that lingers beyond the studio.


STRETCH & FLOW

During this class you will find a connection of breath, mind and body. We encourage deep stretches, slow and controlled movements, to find deep calm and revitalisation.
We include mindful moments throughout, evoking your senses.

Best for: during your menstrual and luteal phase

Regular times: Tuesdays at 6.45pm & 7.30pm


REFORMER

This class encompasses flow and stability, to move your whole body with control and alignment. With optional layers and progressions this class is suitable for all levels.

Best for: during your follicular and ovulation phase

Regular times: Fridays at 9.45am (fortnightly), 10.45am & 12.15pm


BEGINNER

This class focussed on fundamental movements, and reinforced reminders of alignment and exercises. With optional layers this class is suitable for all levels.

Best for: during your follicular and ovulation phase

Regular times: Tuesdays at 6pm
